Vicious Animal Control Law Back in State House


An Ohio lawmaker is reintroducing a bill that would make it easier for animal control officers to arrest owners of animals who attack others.


State Representative Niraj Antani, a Miamisburg Republican, reintroduced the legislation that. The bill does not target any certain breed of animal.


Doctor Robert Lober is a neurosurgeon at Dayton Children's Hospital, who says animal attacks are seen quite common in emergency rooms, totaling more than 300 each year.
