According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, State Route 124 in Highland County has been reopened this evening following a culvert replacement project at Prospect Road.

However, S.R. 138 at the city of Hillsboro remains closed between U.S. 62 (N.High Street) and N. East Street today, March 13, for a culvert replacement by the city.

It is anticipated that the route will be open by noon Thursday, but while it is closed, motorists will continue to be detoured by way of N. East Street.
