A well-know physician in the Chillicothe community has passed away. Dr. Max R. Hickman passed away on Monday, June 24th at Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

Dr. Hickman spent time serving as the former team doctor for the Chillicothe High School athletic programs.

Funeral services for Dr. Hickman will be held at 11:00 a.m. this Saturday, June 29th at Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Calling hours will take place this Friday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and then from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Haller Funeral Home.
