The Pickaway County Health District has given a financial report to Circleville Council.

Former councilman, and now city representative on the board, Jeff Hallinin, stood in for the new Health Commissioner Sandra Wright to make the report to the city last week.

Hallinin says, that financial responsibility is his main focus and that they are spending money appropriately and the department is working more efficiently.

He says the district is drawing heavily on grants, but working on financial stability.
