(24/7 News) -- Two Central Ohio counties are cleaning up following a line of strong storms that rolled through the area on Sunday evening. Officials say the storms caused major damage in parts of Pickaway and Fairfield counties between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

South Central Power reported over a thousand customers lost power due to fallen trees and utility poles. Officials say no injuries were reported, but several homes in the Circleville area were severely damaged by tree branches.

This is the third property damaging storm in Pickaway County in 2019, which includes the Memorial Day weekend storm that spawned a tornado.
