Ohio's Fourth District Court of Appeals will convene in Ross County in early November.
The court will convene at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 7th in Ross County Common Pleas Courtroom #2 at the Ross County Courthouse.
The court's three presiding judges: Judge Jason P. Smith, of Ironton; Judge Michael D. Hess, of Circleville; and Judge Peter B. Abele, of Athens, will be considering appeals cases from Pike, Pickaway and Adams counties.
