This weekend, ODOT reports drivers on Interstate 71 north will encounter three work zones between Cincinnati and Columbus as crews make the final push to complete work ahead of winter. Northbound drivers should plan for extra travel time Saturday and Sunday.
I-71 between SR 38 and SR 323
- I-71 north will be reduced to one lane from midnight Friday to 9 PM Saturday so crews can shift traffic back to its original configuration for the winter
I-71 between SR 56 and US 62
- I-71 north will be reduced to one lane from 7 AM to 6 PM Saturday
I-71 at Frank Road
- I-71 north will be reduced to two lanes from 6 AM Saturday to 5 PM Sunday to complete paving work before winter
