The COVID-19 outbreak is creating more than just physical health issues, but also for some people it creates difficulties managing anxiety and depression.
Penny Dehner of Paint Valley ADAMH encourages people to keep their counseling appointments and make sure to take their medication that has been prescribed.
Dehner adds that many of these counseling appointments can be kept without meeting in-person as the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services can bill for people who call in, which enables them to keep that often talked about "social distancing".
