(24/7 News Source) -- The Ohio attorney general's office is no longer prosecuting the family accused of killing eight people in Pike County.
The state was allowed to withdraw its special prosecutors yesterday after claiming the county prosecutor Rob Junk can handle the case against the Wagner family.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation will continue to provide evidence in the case.
