Ohio High School Football Coaches Association to hold teleconference with Lt. Governor Jon Husted on August 4th.
The coaches association 38 page safety proposal is expected to be discussed. The conference call over the football coach’s proposal could impact whether the state permits the go-ahead for high school football this fall.
While the Ohio High School Athletic Association is moving forward as if there will be football this fall, they have acknowledged the final decision rests with Governor Mike DeWine.
