Bail has been denied for one of the four members of the Wagner family, who are accused in the 2016 Rhoden family murders.
George Wagner's attorneys had asked the court to let him out on bail, and prosecutors yesterday spent two hours cross examining a criminal investigation special agent to determine if George Wagner should be granted bail.
The bail request was denied with prosecutors alleging there was a level of premeditation in the 2016 massacre and threats of violence made to investigators by Wagner- including to former Attorney General Mike DeWine and former Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader.
