A man faces charges after allegedly firing shots Wednesday into an upstairs apartment near a former bar in Vinton County.
21-year-old Trintidy Stutler of Zaleski is charged with felonious assault and attempted murder. They say the suspect allegedly fired two to three shots from a possible handgun into an upstairs apartment of the building.
A resident fired one shot back with a shotgun as the suspect allegedly tried to kick the door in.
