Tuesday, November 3rd is election day, and while the presidential race is getting most of the attention, there are also local candidate and issues races up for grabs.
In Ross County, candidates for county commissioner have incumbent Dwight Garrett being challenged by former Chillicothe Councilperson Beth Janes Neal and Incumbent Stephen A. Neal is being challenged by former Chillicothe Police Officer James Lowe.
For county treasurer, Stephen A. Neal Junior is running against David Jeffers.
