Some popular films for both and adults and kids will be headed to the big screen at Sugarloaf Mountain this summer.
The Scioto Society, the governing board of the Outdoor Drama "Tecumseh!" just north of Chillicothe, has purchased a new state-of-the-art movie theater set up with a high tech projector and a 30-foot screen, similar to what you’d find at a drive-in movie theater. That's thanks to a grant from the Ross County Commissioners and the Ross Chillicothe Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The Scioto Society will use the new theater to show classic movies each Sunday evening from July 11th through August 29th: Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, Sunset Boulevard, The Karate Kid, Easy Rider, Dumbo and Casablanca.
