A lawsuit hase been filed against three doctors by Adena Health System. The Chillicothe Gazette is reporting that the lawsuit alleges the doctors, Brian Cohen, Aaron Roberts and James Thompson, allegedly breached contracts and duty, damaged business relationships, shared trade secrets, and engaged in civil conspiracy. The paper says the three doctors all formerly worked in the Adena Bone & Joint Center. The lawsuit also charges the three doctors with trying to organize a group of other physicians to leave the health system while they were employed. The attorney for the three doctors charged in the lawsuit says his clients have done nothing that violated the terms of their working agreement.
