Indictments against 28 individuals were handed down yesterday by a Highland Count Grand Jury, the charges a variety ranging from receiving stolen property, to tampering with evidence and child endangerment. Most of the indictments tough focused on drug possession, with 16 indictments handed down for that crime. One of those indicted is 46-year-old Timothy White of Hillsboro, who alleged to have used a stun gun on two children, ages 10 and 11 at the time. The five-count indictment says White used the stun gun as a form of "corporal punishment" against the children. Destiny Wilson of Chillicothe was also indicted, the 39-year-old facing a six-count indictment for knowingly receiving stolen property.
