15 indictments were handed down Tuesday by the Highland County Grand Jury, with three of those centering on child sex abuse charges. 25-year-old Garrison Salyer of Hillsboro was indicted on two similar charges of first-degree rape, that in connection with the accused rape of a minor under the age of 10. 39-year-old Jeremy Estes of West Chester was indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition, for alleged sexual contact with a 12-year in February and March of last year. 46-year-old Timothy White of Hillsboro also is facing two first-degree counts of rape, for allegedly entering into sexual contact with a child under the age of 10. Two other men were indicted, for trying to smuggle drugs into the Greenfield jail and the Highland County Justice Center.
