Ohio's last two prize winners are official after the state's fifth and final Vax-a-Millions drawing on Wednesday night. Esperanza Diaz of Cincinnati won the million-dollar cash prize, and Sydney Daum of Breckside in Cuyahoga County won a full-ride scholarship. Governor Mike DeWine called the Vax-a-Millions promotion a resounding success with over three-point-four-million adults and 150-thousand minors entering the drawings.
