A motorist traveling on U.S. 23 near Chillicothe Tuesday tells Ross County Sheriffs Deputies her car was struck by what appears to have been a paint ball. Elaine Sturgill says she was driving southbound on 23 when she heard something strike her car. After pulling over, she found a mark that appeared to have been caused by a paint ball gun-pellet. Deputies responded and searched the area where Sturgill reported the incident, but could not find anyone.
