Ross County Humane Society officials say a dog that was dragged for at least a mile by a car has died. The Humane Society took the dog to the North Folk Animal Clinic on Tuesday after receiving reports that the mixed breed dog had been dragged alongside, and behind a car. The dog was then transported to the Ohio State University Veterinary Clinic to treat it's serious injuries, where it later died. The Ross County Sheriffs Department and the Humane Society are investigating, and ask anyone with any information to contact them.
