What's thought to have been an explosion at a home in New Holland on Saturday morning has claimed a life. Fayette County Sheriffs Deputies were called to the residence at 1900 Good Hope-New Holland Road which they found engulfed in flames around 7:30 Saturday morning. There they also found debris scattered around the remains of the home. 71-year-old Patricia Miller was killed, and her husband, 70-year-old Ted Miller, was injured. Ted Miller was airlifted to a Columbus trauma center. The investigation into the fire continues.
