An investigation is underway after an elderly woman, reported missing on Monday, was found dead.
The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office issued a “Be On the Look Out” report on Monday after 76-year-old Shirley Wallace was reported missing by a family member to the South Bloomfield Police Department.
The BOLO was cancelled shortly before 3:30 p.m. Monday with an advisory saying Wallace had been located. Not long after, Pickaway County Sheriff Matthew Hafey reported that Wallace was dead.
