Another Defendant in Pike County Rhoden Murders Pleaded Out of Trial

Another defendant in the Rhoden murders has pleaded out of a trial.

The Chillicothe Gazette covered Friday's hearing in the Pike County Courthouse where Angela Wagner admitted helping mastermind the execution-style deaths of the eight people more than five years ago.

She avoided aggravated murder charges by pleading guilty to 14 lesser charges, and agreeing to a 30-year prison sentence.

Details were provided on how Wagner obtained ammunition and silencers, forged child-custody documents, broke into computer accounts, and moved bodies once they had been shot.

Her son, Edward "Jake" Wagner, already provided corroborating information in his April plea.
