Work is set to begin tomorrow, Thursday, September 23rd on U.S. 23 northbound/U.S. 35 westbound over Main Street on the east side of Chillicothe for bridge repairs.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, there will be nightly lane closures from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with U.S. 23 NB/U.S. 35 WB reduced to one lane at the Main Street overpass.
The roadway is currently reduced to two lanes, and this restriction will remain in effect outside of the 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. window until repairs have been completed.
Weather permitting the work is anticipated to be complete by 6:00 a.m. this Saturday, September 25th.
