Ross County Sheriffs Deputies were called to Falls Road yesterday, after utility crews from South Central Power were confronted by a resident who was making threats to "shoot them" if they came onto his property. Crews told Deputies that the man, Robert Kiser, had issued those threats before when crews had come work on power lines that crossed his property. Deputies informed Kiser that the power crews had the right to come on to his property to work, and he can not stop them from doing so, and any attempt to do so could result in either a summons or arrest. Crews were eventually allowed to proceed with the maintenance work.
