A U.S. Soldier from Brown County killed in Korea was laid to rest on Thursday in his hometown of Mount Orab.
Earlier this year, the Defense POW-MIA Accounting Agency announced that the remains of U.S. Army Corporal Kenneth R. Foreman had been accounted for, through DNA testing. Corporal Foreman was 19-years-old in December 1950 when he was killed in combat near the Chosin Reservoir in Korea.
He'll be buried with honors at Mount Orab Cemetery, and the Courts of the Missing at the National Cemetery of the Pacific will place a rosette next to his name to mark that he has been found.
