A 63-year-old man from Pike County is under arrest and charged with raping an eleven-year-old girl earlier this year. Yesterday, Pike County Sheriff Tracy Evans said that Tony Bowling was taken into custody after investigating a reported sexual assault last September. Bowling was charged with the rape of a juvenile less than 13-years of age and ordered held on a 300-thousand-dollar bond. Bowling is next due in court on December 29th.
