Paint Valley moved into a first place tie in the Scioto Valley Conference girls basketball race, as Thursday, in a game heard on 94-Country-WKKJ, the Lady Cats won at Unioto 54-to-51. Olivia Smith led Paint Valley with 22 points, and collected 17 rebounds. Unioto's Avery Miller was the games high scorer with 23 points in the loss. Both teams are now tied for the SVC lead with 6-and-1 league marks. Paint Valley and Unioto play again on February 2nd.
