HOMELESS SHELTER
The Emergency Overnight Shelter of the Ross County Coalition to End Homelessness will have extended hours today during the winter storm. Instead of being open only 7pm to 9am, the shelter will remain open all day.
The shelter is in the Tokey Hill facility at 365 Keller Road on Chillicothe's hilltop. Walk-in's are welcome. Free transportation is available, with pickup between 8 and 9pm at four transit bus stops.
