Chillicothe Police were called to North High Street early Sunday morning, after receiving a report of a man running naked down the street near the BP gas station. Shortly before 5:00 a-m yesterday, witnesses tell police they saw the man also throw what appeared to be a handgun in a trash can. Officers were able to locate and arrest the man, who told police he had been using narcotics and was seeing imaginary people. They also recovered the weapon. The man was taken to the Adena Regional Medical Center for evaluation.
