The University of Rio Grande will break ground on a new branch campus in Pike County this Thursday, June 15th.
The new Rio Grande Pike Center will be located on the site of the former Piketon High School at 225 West Street in Piketon. It’s expected to open in fall of this year.
Once complete the campus will offer five classrooms, a science lab, administrative offices, and a conference room. The curriculum will include general education courses and workforce development training.
Thursday’s groundbreaking begins at 2:00 p.m.
