Ross County Sheriff Lavender reports that Jeffery A. Adkins - also known as "Buggy" - has been arrested in Greenfield.
Investigators from Ross County, Highland County, and the Greenfield Police took him into custody without incident after a tip from the community.
Sheriff Lavender thanks the community for their assistance.
Adkins was in jail in December when deputies say he slammed a cell door on his hand and was granted a medical furlough to go to the OSU hospital. On New year's day Adkins fled from a deputy, and was later declared wanted after missing a court date.
