Head-On Collision on SR 104 Sends One to Hospital

One person was taken to Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe and another was treated at the scene following a two-vehicle head-on collision on State Route 104, Tuesday.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Hillary Rigsby was traveling southbound on 104 in a 2005 GMC Envoy around 7:15 a.m. when a 1997 Ford Expedition, operated by Robert Horsley,  traveling eastbound on Hines Boulevard, pulled into her path.

Horsley was transported to Adena by V.A. Squad for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Rigsby was treated and released at the scene.
