A Piketon man is being accused of running over three men with his pickup truck outside of Beril's Bar.
The Piketon Police Department says 27-year-old Cody Riley was arraigned Wednesday on three counts of felonious assault.
The police report says officers responded to the Piketon bar early last Sunday and found three injured men on Middle Street. The three men said before getting run over, they were in an argument over a woman inside the bar.
Two of the men reportedly had minor injuries and one had broken bones.
