Friends and family are mourning the deaths of a former Ross County couple killed in a two vehicle crash in Florida. Michael Hardesty, 37, and Kristen Conn, 32, were killed Saturday when their motorcycle was struck from behind while traveling along I-75 in Florida.
Hardesty was taken to a nearby hospital where is later died. Conn was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 18-year-old driver that collided with the couple informed investigating officers that the bike lacked a functioning tail light and that he failed to see the pair in time to prevent the crash.
