Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on State Route 159 at Hospital Road in Ross County, Wednesday.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Monica Ginther, 45, of Frankfort, was traveling north on S.R. 159 around 9:30 a.m. when she attempted a left turn onto Hospital Road and was struck by a southbound vehicle operated by Scott Bowen, 26, of Chillicothe.
The impact caused Bowen's vehicle to travel left of center where it collided with a northbound vehicle stopped in the left hand turn lane on 159 driven by Marsha Landrum, 63, of Chillicothe.
Ginther and a passenger in Landrum's vehicle, Joan Boggs, 87, of Chillicothe, were each transported to Adena Regional Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries.
