A public viewing for the Southern State Community College Fayette Campus Art Show will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 13th in the Community Center on SSCC's campus in Washington C.H.
The featured artwork will be curated from local students in elementary, middle school, high school, and college.
Submissions will be judged in the categories of drawing, painting, multimedia, pottery, and miscellaneous.
“I hope everyone will come out to support the work of our local artists and enjoy an ‘evening at the gallery,’” commented Dr. Jessica Wise, SSCC Dean and Fayette Campus Director.
The event is free and open to the public. Guests will enjoy refreshments and live piano music.
