A Ross County man is under arrest after a chase in Leesburg early Wednesday morning.
Highland County Sheriff's deputies were contacted in regards to a suspicious vehicle and chased it on for a short while on State Route 28. The chase ended in a field when the vehicle ran off the road.
Deputies arrested Daniel Spangler, 44, of Frankfort, for possession of materials used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Two others in the vehicle are reported to have fled the scene.
