Rue 21 is the latest retailer to announce a list of nationwide store closings.
The teen clothing retailer has announced that it will shutter nearly 400 of its 700 stores nationwide while it shifts focus to online sales.
A total of 16 Rue 21 locations in Ohio are set to close though the company says its unsure of exactly when the closures will take affect.
Locally, the Rue 21s in Circleville and Jackson will be closed. The company's store in Chillicothe will remain open.
