The man who shot an elderly man in Cleveland in a Facebook video is dead after taking his own life Tuesday morning.
Pennsylvania State Police say Steve Stephens shot and killed himself after a brief pursuit following a traffic stop in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
The 37-year-old Stephens shot and killed Robert Godwin seemingly at random on Sunday, recording the encounter on his phone and uploading the video to Facebook.
Police unveiled a 50-thousand-dollar reward for information leading to Stephens' arrest on Monday.
