Three Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 23 in Ross County

Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 23 in Ross County, Thursday. 

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Nelson Jones, 43, of Chillicothe, was traveling north on U.S. 23 near the U.S. 35 split around 6:45 a.m. Thursday when he collided with a northbound vehicle operated by Charles Mays III, 36, of Lucasville. Mays' vehicle then collided with a third vehicle driven by Brian Egger, 44, of Jackson. 

All three men were transported to Adena Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Nelson was later flown to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
