The Commencement Ceremony honoring graduates of the Chillicothe High School Class of 2017 will be held Sunday, May 28th at 7:00 p.m. in the Ellis B. Hatton Memorial Gymnasium.
Graduating Seniors will receive five tickets for seating in the lower level (floor seats and lower level bleachers). Tickets will be distributed to seniors at Graduation Rehearsal on May 26th, providing all fees are paid and chromebook devices and accompanying materials have been returned. If prospective graduates owe fees, they will be provided a fee letter at graduation practice, and receive graduation tickets upon payment of the outstanding fees.
Chillicothe City School District staff members planning to attend graduation should bring their staff ID for admission. All CCSD staff, are encouraged to attend, and may also bring one guest to sit in the staff reserved seating section.
The North and South balconies will be general admission which requires no ticket. Tickets are valid until 6:45 p.m. At that time all available seats will become general admission with no ticket required.
Graduates are to report to the CHS Main Entrance at 6:00 p.m. Doors to enter Hatton Gym for graduation will open at 6:15 p.m. for seating.
