The Chillicothe Municipal Court will again hold a BMV Day Workshop on next Wednesday, June 28th for those seeking to obtain a valid driver’s license or driving privileges.
The workshop is open to Ross County Residents or persons with a case pending in Chillicothe Municipal Court. It runs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Courtroom #1 at the Chillicothe Municipal Court.
The court and its partnering agencies will have representatives or attorneys available for assistance. Those attending are encouraged to bring proof of auto insurance, written documentation of employment, and/or enrollment in school, as well as a means of payment.
Appointments can be made through the clerk’s office at the municipal court. Walk-ins will be accepted but are advised to arrive before 11:00 a.m.
The court is holding the workshop through partnerships with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Chillicothe Law Director, Ross County Branch Ohio Public Defender, Southwest Ohio Legal Services, Ohio Highway Patrol, Ross County Sheriff, and Chillicothe Police Department.
