Starting July 5th, both directions of State Route 435 near I-71 at Jeffersonville will be switched over to the eastbound side of the road to allow for reconstruction of the westbound lanes.
Drivers should allow extra time in the area during the construction. The Ohio Department of Transportation says all exits in the area will remain open but will be reduced in width.
The project started in March with a cost of $10.6-million. The work is now 50-percent complete. The rest is expected to conclude sometime during November, weather permitting.
