The North High Street area of Chillicothe continues to cause headaches for both residents and the City Utilities Department.
North High was closed between Main Street and Second Street late Tuesday morning due to a water line break. The closure is expected to last through the end of day, Tuesday.
The Tuesday closure follows a collapsed sewer line that forced a weekend-long closure of North High between Arch and Allen. That section of High St. reopened Monday but is likely to be closed again in the future for related street repair.
