Two men were arrested after a Chillicothe drug raid Friday.
Ross County Sheriff Lavender reports that his Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 315 Douglas Avenue at about 7pm, after a lengthy investigation by U.S. 23 Major Crimes Task Force.
Investigators from Ross, Pike, and Pickaway Counties searched the residence and found a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance, evidence of drug trafficking, and firearms.
33-year-old Steven Pettigrew was arrested and charged with Weapons Under Disability. 23-year-old Ryan Hendricks was arrested and charged with Obstructing Official Business.
Further charges are pending the results of lab testing.
