ODOT District 9 is holding a town hall meeting at 5 p.m., August 1st, at the Concord Township fire house on Little Creek Road. The session is to discuss a proposed traffic plan for an upcoming culvert replacement project on State Route 28 in Ross County.
Work begins in spring of 2019 where a culvert between Halley Road and Porter Hollow Road, just west of Lattaville, will be replaced.
