Dogs Could Be Allowed On Eatery Patios

Dogs could soon be legally on the patios of Ohio eateries.

Cleveland.com reports state law currently bans pets that aren't service animals anywhere food is prepared, even if it's outside.

House Bill 263 would change that law, although there could be provisions that dogs in outside areas not be around waiters pouring waters or bartenders mixing drinks.
