A neighborhood group made their presence...and concerns...known in Chillicothe Council Monday evening.
Several members of the "Old West Side Neighborhood Watch and Improvement Group" sat in the audience.
The group covers the area that includes High, Allen, Vine, and Water streets, but welcomes anyone nearby.
Coordinator Linda Beaver spoke on the group's concerns, which include crime, group homes, parking in yards, new schools traffic flow, bus stops, dogs, living in garages, unfinished handicap corners, and pavement cut by gas work.
They meet third Thursdays at Tyler Memorial Church, and Linda Beaver can be contacted by email.
