Chillicothe's 2017 Street and Alley Project continues this week on Carlisle Hill.
According to Interim City Engineer, Richard Johnson, paving will be performed on Carlisle Hill on Wednesday through Friday of this week.
Carlisle Hill will be closed from the bottom of the hill, at the Main, High, and Western intersection up to its intersection with Rose Lane. That section of Carlisle will close at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 30th and is anticipated to reopen at 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 1st.
Residents who live in the affected section of Carlisle will have access to their homes, but there may be some delay. Trash services will be provided as usual.
Large slow-moving vehicles will be on the move in the area while the work is performed. Motorists are advised to use caution, be patient and obey all traffic control, including construction flaggers while in or near the construction area.
